Tedlar® Gas Sampling Bags
- DuPont Tedlar®, the best choice for your sampling bag needs. Tough,
chemically inert, low permeability and re-usable when purged with nitrogen before each
re-use. This re-use property makes Tedlar® sampling bags very economical. Rated for
continuous use up to 225° F when used with the appropriate rated fitting materials.
Black Tedlar® -
Used when testing light sensitive compounds.

Blocking Bag Covered Clear Tedlar® -
Used when compounds react with Black Tedlar® pigment products. We use special
black covers made to completely eliminate all light penetration.
Krinkle
Tedlar® - Tedlar® reformulated
with a special cracked ice pattern which guaranties the complete air flow from all
sections of the bag to the evacuation point (fitting). As bags get larger it becomes
increasingly more difficult to fully evacuate the complete sample without internal tubes
or exterior manipulation. Krinkle Tedlar® accomplishes this with no additional
assistance. Krinkle Tedlar®, used as one side of a sample bag in conjunction with
conventional flat Tedlar® as the opposite side, produces a sample bag with extraordinary
characteristics.
Some highly desirable features are:
Ability to detect pin hole size leaks in any area of the bag through
conventional vacuum leak checks.
Near zero dead volume when used with the new PFE Model 600 internally
mixing ball fitting or the new Model 800 flush mount fitting. Internal tubes can be
eliminated and still allow complete bag evacuation.
Easy storage and handling of bags in conventional mailer tubes which keep
bags neat and clean until ready for use.
Convenient shipment via UPS, FedEx and other sources.
Krinkle Black Tedlar® - Similar to Krinkle Tedlar® with light-blocking
