Single, Double and Four Stage Air Moving Systems (top)

Thank you for inquiring about ADI's DiaVac® diaphragm-type gaseous sampling pump. These DiaVac® pumps are ideal for use in laboratories, power plants, chemical processing plants, continuous emission monitoring systems, analytical gas sampling, etc.

Our standard Dia-Vac® pumps are available in single, double or four stages. Each stage is separate and may be operated individually to produce either pressure or vacuum. The double and four stage pumps may be connected in series to develop a higher pressure or vacuum or in parallel to move a greater volume of gas. ADI is pleased to offer our newest line of high vacuum pumps capable of reaching 29.5"Hg in a dual stage series configuration. Please contact the factory for more information.

To prevent system contamination, all wetted parts are made of chemically inert material. Diaphragms are available in EPDM®, Teflon®-coated EPDM® and Viton®. Valve discs are available in 416 stainless steel or Teflon®. Head selections are available in aluminum, 316 stainless steel, Hastalloy C and our NEW Solid Kynar materials. Additionally, all of the head selections are available with Teflon® coating. With the Dia-Vac® pumps, no oil, graphite or other potentially contaminating lubricants will come in contact with the gaseous stream.

Dia-Vac® pumps are exceptionally quiet at all pressures and in most applications they can be operated for extended periods with no need for maintenance. The Standard Dia-Vac® pumps are available with general purpose, explosion proof , TEFC, 12-24V DC and air driven motors. ADI also offers several other motor options tailored to your specific application. Please refer to the Specialty Dia-Vac® Pumps as well as the heated head Dia-Vac Pump sections.

Air Dimensions assures quality by machining and fabricating all of the Dia-Vac® pumps with advanced numerically controlled in house equipment. Standard shipments are within 2-3 days!!. We offer many years of experience to help you address your design constraints effectively and economically. You may add any of the options listed in the How to Specify and Order Pumps at ADI section and customize the Dia-Vac® pump to fit your individual application.
