Specialized Air Moving Systems (top)
ADI's reputation for superior-quality pumps was born in engineering and design. Our Dia-Vac® pumps have a long history of outliving and outperforming any other brand. Due to our advanced engineering capabilities, ADI offers a variety of specialty Dia-Vac® pumps to suit your unique application needs.

Double Diaphragm System (top)
The double diaphragm system increases safety. Should the primary diaphragm fail, the other keeps the sample flow intact. The 1/8" NPT port connection allows the user to add a leak detection system and alarm. The detection system monitors the diaphragm for failure analysis and assures system integrity until maintenance can be performed. Contact factory for part number for this model. Available on General purpose Standard and Explosion- proof motors only.

Nuclear Containment Sample pumps (top)
This self contained sample pump is designed to meet the severe operational and rigid design requirements necessary within a nuclear power plant environment. Please contact the factory for additional information.

All Teflon® Diaphragm
After successfully completing over 12 months of testing, all Dia-Vac® pumps are available with an all Teflon® 3-ply diaphragm. This allows for greater chemical resistance as well as better use for high temperature or heated head pumps up to 400° F.

Air Motor Sample Pumps (top)
There's a truly unique feature about our Air Motor Sample Pumps -- there are simply no other pumps of their size on the market. With a horsepower range of 0 to 1.8, and a corresponding RPM range of 1,200 to 3,000, the Single-Stage and Dual-Stage Pumps are designed for specialty applications in non-spark atmospheres. Both models give you maximum flexibility - variable speed, reversibility, and all-position operation.

*Note
- Air motor models shown require continued maintenance, such as controlling both pressure and flow to air motor and an oiler to lubricate motor.

DC Driven Motors (top)

Brush and brushless precision DC driven motors are available for all models in 12 and 24 Volts. UL listed Div I, Group D Explosion-proof 12 Volt DC motors are also available.

Motorless Sample Pumps
Both the Single-Stage and Dual-Stage are motorless to give you maximum flexibility. You adapt your own power source to set your own specs on RPM, starting torque, flow, pressure and vacuum.

High Speed Pumps

The Single-Stage unit and its mates, the Dual & Quad Stage, are specifically designed for cool and comfortable running at very high speeds -- 3,450 RPM. Choose the Dual or Quad head options when additional flow (up to 150 LPM) and quicker response time is required. Available on the General Purpose Standard and Explosion Proof Models only.
