Overview (top)
ADIs Micro Dia-Vac® diaphragm gaseous sampling pumps are completely self
contained and may be used for either built in or portable applications. These Dia-Vac®
pumps are ideal for use in laboratories, industrial plants, engineering research
facilities and hospitals for gaseous sampling/analysis, vacuum pickup, environmental
safety monitoring, pollution control, etc.
The Micro Dia-Vac® gaseous diaphragm pressure/vacuum sampling pumps are available
in single or double head configuration, heated heads (up to 400°F) elevated head or DC
versions. The Micro Dia-Vac® motor is available in a single dual voltage 115V/ 230V and
dual cycle 50/60 Hz operation. The single stage is also available with brush and brushless
12-24V DC motors. The entire line of the Micro Dia-Vac® pumps are CE approved.
To prevent air contamination, the diaphragms used in the Micro Dia-Vac® are made of 100% Teflon®. Head selections are available in aluminum, 316 stainless steel, Teflon coated Aluminum, Teflon coated 316 S/S or in our all NEW 100% Kynar head. With the Dia-Vac® pumps, no oil, graphite or other potentially contaminating lubricants will come in contact with the air stream.

Micro Dia-Vac® Heated Head Pump (top)
Self-contained heads eliminate cold spots in sample systems. These models come complete with a Type K thermo-couple and two 50 watt cartridge heaters and require an optional digital temperature controller to prevent overheating (kit #11030). The maximum operating temperature of heated heads is 400° F (200° C) with all Teflon® diaphragms.
Micro Dia-Vac® Elevated Head Sample Pumps (top)
Ideal for stack emission analysis. They are specifically designed for tough duty in high temperature, (200° C or 400° F). This configuration allows for the head to be inserted into a heated box with the motor remaining in an ambient environment.
